Lonnie Lee Bennett Jr. was born on April 12, 1959, in Hartford, Connecticut, to Rosa Fletcher and Lonnie Lee Bennett Sr.
He grew up to become a skilled Musician known to many as ‘Big Ben” a master of the Steel Guitar and also a Mechanical Engineer.
Lonnie was survived by his wife, Cherlyn Bennett. Children, Sherrie Wright, Sierra Bennett, Levi Bennett (Erica), Daric Bennett (Johnnita) & Grandchildren, Imani Wright-Jones, Levi Bennett, Liam Bennett & Blaze Bennett.
Friends may call Tuesday, April 2 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Church Of God By Faith, 230 Adams Street, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment at the convenience of the family.
