Joseph N Alleyne ll. 65, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 29,2023 in Atlanta, GA surrounded by loved ones. Born on January 22,1958 in Rochester, New York, he lived a life filled with love, joy, and purpose.
Joseph was a beloved brother, friend, uncle, father, cousin, a cherished speaker, scholar, entrepreneur, and a pillar of his community. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Joseph leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be cherished forever. He is survived by; Children, Marguerite Alleyne, Timothy Alleyne and Joseph N. Alleyne lll along with a grandson; Brothers, Curtis Mclilly( Carmen), Larry Mclilly, Ronald Pilgrim ( Melissa); Nephews, Aaron and Tevon Pilgrim and a host of many family members and friends who he cherished dearly.
Friends may call Friday, June 9 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at The Latimer Chapel, 983 S. Plymouth Ave., Rochester, NY 14608.
A Secondary Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 1772 Clifford Avenue, Rochester, NY 14609. Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow.
Interment at Riverside Cemetery Following directly afterwards 2650 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612.
Repast - Legacy Drama House at 3PM
112 Webster Ave, Rochester, NY 14609 Family, friends, and acquaintances are invited to attend and share their memories of him.
