Mrs. Felton was born March 30, 1956 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of the late Charles Felton Sr. and the late Emma (Brumfield) Felton.
She is survived by family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, January 11 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Church of Love, Faith Center, 700 Exchange Street, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will immediately follow at 12 Noon. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY.
