To Cedric and Family, I send my love and condolences to your family. Your sister and colleague was a breath of fresh air at Fredrick Douglas where we worked together. She was the sweetest and most humble lady that I worked with and a true confident. She will be missed ❤️✝️

Deb was a wonderful sweet lady and friend. Deb was a classmate who had a very sweet spirit and personality. Her beautiful smile matched her beautiful heart. I had always witnessed her to be very pleasant and endearing, and I will always cherish her in memory. Rest well my friend in sweet, heavenly peace.

I loved having Ms. Felton as my neighbor in school. She always made me smile with her compassionate personality. My students appreciated their time spent with her, often coming back showing off the fun projects they did.

Deborah was a very dear friend of mine. Our friendship started off at The Eastman Kodak Company in the 80’s as secretaries. Deborah didn’t see herself as a secretary and wanted a new adventure and therefore, explored a different territory.
Years later we came across each other’ path again. During that time Deborah was going to school to be a Social Worker. We continued our friendship and started home bible studies at her house. We studied God’ Holy word, the Bible for about two years.
As the years went by, load and behold, we met again as co-workers at The Rochester City School District in the same department working together under the same Director. Here is where Deborah had reached her goal as a Social Worker.
When Deborah and I would run into each other in the store, we would always greet one another with a warm smile and a “ It good to see you!”
I certainly will miss my dear friend who had such a warm and adventures heart. May God bless her family throughout the years to come. My prayers are with you all.
