Mr. Davis was born June 10, 1952 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late Major Davis and the late Gloria Davis.
He is survived by; one son, Maurice Carpenter; 4 daughters, Connie Drum, LaShonda Davis, Brandy Davis-Dicurcia (John), Lisa Wlch; 4 sisters, Elizabeth (Dr. Andrew) Ray, Africa Taylor, Keanna Taylor, Linda (Nelson) Baldwin; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, September 27 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 141 Adams Street, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow at 12 Noon with Rev. Dr. Rickey B. Harvey, officiating and Rev. Barbara Washington, eulogist. Interment at the convenience of the family.
