Mrs. Webb was born December 20, 1948 in Lake Park, FL. She is the daughter of the late Oscar Woodard Sr. and the late Lillie Mae (Gordon) Gladney. She married Byron W. Webb.
She was employed by Comfort Keepers in Pittsford, New York as a Home Health Aide.
Survived by; her devoted husband of 24 years, Byron V. Webb; 5 children, Serita Deanne Medley, Brian L. (Alejandra) Jones, Aneiko L. (Chet) Hickerson, Thomas J. (Lekiesha) Jones Jr., Kirstin Webb; 1 Goddaughter, Charlene Wims; 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; 3 sisters, Mattie Cherry-Tisdale, Theresa (Bishop Reginald Sr.) Washington, Gracie L. (Markeith Fulton) Gladney; 2 brothers, Alonzo Woodard Sr., Hilyard L. Gladney Jr., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
Funeral Service Wednesday, February 22, 2023, 12:00 Noon at Aenon Missionary Baptist Church, 175 Genesee Street, Rochester. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
