Mrs. Dunbar was born February 5, 1940 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of the late Eli W. Johnson and the late Lillian V. (Shorts) Johnson. She married Joe Louis Dunbar.
She was employed by City of Rochester in Rochester, NY as a Clerk.
Predeceased by; 2 sons, Derrick and Darnell Dunbar; 1 brother, Leonard John "Butch" Johnson.
Survived by; her husband, Joe Louis Dunbar; 1 son, Daryl Dunbar; 1 brother, Marvin Johnson; 1 cousin, Waltrine Richardson "Trene"; 1 brother-in-law, William Dunbar Jr., nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Thursday, August 11, 2022, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church 549 Clarissa Street. Funeral Service to follow. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Masks required.
