Gwendolyn was born October 11, 1956 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of the late Henry Dillard and Clarine (Johnson) Dillard. She married Jerry Bowen.
She was employed by Unity Hospital in Rochester, New York as a Counselor.
She is survived by family and friends.
Friends may call Friday, April 8 from 10-11AM at House of God the Church, 654 N. Goodman Street, Rochester, NY. Funeral Service to follow. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Masks required.
