ROCHESTER, NY – March 3, 2022 – US Navy Veteran
Mr. McDowell Sr. was born October 12, 1942 in Harlem, NY. He is the son of the late Lucious McDowell and the late Jessie Mae (Rutledge) McDowell. He married Dorothy M. Williams.
He is survived by his wife: Dorothy M. (Williams) McDowell; 3 children, Pamela McDowell (William) Likely, James R. (Winnie) McDowell Jr., Troy (Diana) McDowell; 8 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Clarence (Claudia) McDowell, Melvin McDowell; 1 brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, March 11, 11-12PM at the Latimer Chapel. Funeral Service to follow. Interment Private. Masks required.
