Mrs. Rugless O'Meally was born April 6, 1926 in Berkshire Hall Linstead, Jamaica , W.I. She is the daughter of the late Felix Facey and the late Anzellar (Harrison) Facey.
She was employed by Rugless Beauty Salon in Rochester, NY as a Cosmetologist.
Survived by; 1 daughter, Carol Blanchard; 1 grandson, Darryl L. Rugless, Sr. (Marquita); great-grandchildren, Crystal, Darryl L. Jr.; Journey, Sky, and Merci Rugless, Bradley Williams; siblings, Totlyn Facey, Phyllis Facey, and Derrick Facey; other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service Saturday, December 4, 10 AM at Downtown United Presbyterian Church 121 N. Fitzhugh Street. Inurnment Private. Masks required.
