There are many memories I have about Kethryn, but one of the things I am most proud of is the fact I was able to honor her as one of Rochester's First Blacks impacting the city of Rochester in the Rochester Black History Makers Program. Kathryn spoke loudly and clearly about "getting up and doing something" in our community. She was also a great friend of my mother's (Mildred Cox) and encourage her a lot after my father passed away. She will be sorely missed but I will carefully use the skills she taught me to broaden and brighten my horizens. Thanks Kathryn, and thank you to the family who shared her with us. I am praying for you and will continue to keep you in my prayers.
