Mrs. Cooper was born June 27, 1933 in Sanford, FL. She is the daughter of the late Dewitt and the late Lillian (Patterson) Smith.
Predeceased by her husband Moses Cooper; She is survived by her daughter Rosemary (Darrell) Madison; 4 grand and 4 great-grandchildren; sister Carolyn; nieces, nephews other relatives church family and friends.
Friends may call Tuesday, September 7 from 11am-12Noon at Latimers. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life to follow. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
