ROCHESTER, NY – May 17, 2021 US Army Veteran Mr. Price was born January 21, 1923 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late Charles Henry Price Sr. and the late Jennie Louise (Stevens) Price. He was employed by Rochester Police Department in Rochester, New York as a Police Captain. Predeceased by; his wife, Pauline D. Hill Price. He is survived by; his daughters, Renee Price (Michael Carmichael) and Charlene Price Scaife (Frank Scaife), and grandchildren, Frank Scaife Jr., Rebecca Scaife, Charles Scaife and Karen Scaife; and a host of cousins, other relatives, church family and close family friends. Captain Charles Henry Price Jr. will lie in state Friday, May 21 from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM at Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9 Shelter Street, Rochester, NY. Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9 Shelter Street with Rev. Julius D. Jackson Jr. officiating. Interment White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford, NY.
