Mr. Smith was born January 3, 1945 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late James E. Smith and the late Dorothy V. (Williams) Smith.
He was employed by Wall Street Journal in New York as a Counselor.
He is survived by family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, May 8 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Cathedral of Hope, 1089 Joseph Avenue. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his Life will immediately follow. Interment at the convenience of the family. Masks required.
