Mr. Brown was born March 15, 1929 in Kingstree, SC. He is the son of the late Frank Brown and the late Elouise (Weiter) Brown.
He was employed by Green Cab in Rochester, NY as a Taxi Driver.
He is predeceased by; his 1st wife, Nathene D. Brown; daughter, Rose Marie Brown and son, Earl Vincent Brown. He is survived by; his daughters, Debbie Brown Sanders of Rockledge, FL, Mattie L. (Bernard) Poteat of Canton, GA, Mae D. Brown of Acworth, GA; sons, Herbert H. Brown of Victor, NY, Frank Brown or Rochester, NY; nine grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, cousins and special friends; 2nd wife Helen Brown.
Funeral Service Private. Entombment Riverside Cemetery.
