Shirley May Godden, age 83, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in Rochester.
Mrs. Godden was born September 8, 1927 at Rochester, NY the daughter of the late John Shaw and the late Mattie G (Page) Dorsey.
She is survived by her devoted husband Derrick Godden, daughter; Tracy Godden, (O'Neal) Boykin, grandson; Alexander Boykin, brother-in-law; Leslie Bonney, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives, church family and friends.
