Mrs. Fulmore was born July 29, 1944 in Utica, NY. She is the daughter of the late Howard and the late Jessie (Hall) Provost.
Predeceased by her brother Harold Provost; niece Crystal Provost. She is survived by her devoted husband Joseph; children Jasper, Howard (Carla) and Kimberly Huffman; step-children Curtis Bloom, Vincent (Lynn) Fulmore and Kimela Sampel; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law Cleo (Rev. Dr. Rosetta), Bobby & Frank; sisters-in-law Josephine(Re. Robert) Miller, Betty Ann Flager, Nora (Henry) Herbert and Carol Provost. Also Several Loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, February 15 from 10AM-12Noon at Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 549 Clarissa Street. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center. Interment Falls Cemetery.
