Mr. Carter was born November 25, 1948 in Midway, FL. He is the son of the late Joseph and the late Marcie (Davis) Carter.
US Army Veteran. He is survived by his devoted wife, Joyce A. Carter; 1 son, Larry Carter Jr.; 4 daughters, Rhonda (Jeff) Hoefen, Latasha Carter, Tiffany Scoot and Simia (Erik) Rumph; 9 grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Carletta) Carter; sister-in-law, Dr, Lawanda Carter; Mother-in-law, Connie Morgan; nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, November 9 from 10-11AM at Holy Trinity Baptist Church, 397 North Street. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will follow. Rev. Emmitte Myrick, Officiating. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
