Mrs. Harris was born September 20, 1934 in Memphis, TN. She is the daughter of the late Rudolph Calvin and the late Ida Mae (Hughes) Craven.
She is survived by 4 sons, Charles Haynes, David (Marilyn) Haynes and Michael Harris and Mitchell (Sonnet) Harris; 2 daughters, Julie Wells and Michele Harris; 11 grand; and 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Louis (Francis) Craven; 1 sister, Barbara Jones; nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Monday, October 21 from 10AM-11AM at Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 549 Clarissa Street. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will follow. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
