Mr. Hunter was born November 1, 1947 in Andrews, SC. He is the son of the late Joe Nathan and the late Mary E (McFaddin) Hunter.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam war from 1967 to 1968. Predeceased by his parents Joseph N. And Mary E. Hunter; 3 brothers Rev. James R. Hunter, Robert Hunter and Thomas Hunter and sister, Joneva Hunter; He is survived by 1 sister R. Betty J. Carter; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, August 17 from 12-1pm at Bethany Spiritual Church, 65 Jefferson Terrace. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will follow. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
