Deborah was born August 5, 1967 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of James Wesley Cooper and the late Ella Mae (Sharper) Cooper.
She was employed as a Home Health Aide.
She is survived by her father, James Wesley Cooper; 2 sons, Gabriel and Musa; 2 daughters, Imani and Aja; 3 grandsons; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; aunts, other relatives and friends.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Latimer Chapel, 983 S. Plymouth Ave., Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will immediately follow. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY.
