Golda M. Bell was born May 27, 1927 in Hawkinsville, GA. She is the daughter of the late Monroe Bembry and the late Jerntha (Williams) Bembry. She was married to Rev. Capers Bell.
She was employed by Al Sigl Center Rochester, NY as a Para Professional.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Rev. Capers Bell; 2 sons; 6 daughters; host of grand, great and great-great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Calling hours will be Friday, March 22 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 351 Joseph Avenue, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will immediately follow with Rev. Dr. Harmon E. Stockdale, Officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Rochester, NY.
