Sorry to announce the passing of Dr. Loftus C. Carson II. Born in Marion NC in 1946 he was the son of Loftus C. Carson former director on the Monroe County Human Relations Commission and Margie Carson an educator in the Penfield school district.
He was a professor at The University of Texas where he had been for a number of years. He is survived by his brother Byron of New York City and his cousin Joyce of Los Angeles, CA; other relatives and a host of friends.
Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Memorial AME Zion Church, 549 Clarissa Street. Funeral Service immediately following. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford, NY.
