Mrs. Lesure was born April 15, 1931 in Leroy, NY. She is the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Lucy (Mayweather) Williams. She married Jesse Lesure.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jesse Lesure; 3 sons, Lawrence (Beverly) Lesure, Jesse Lesure, Jr. and James B. Lesure; 1 daughter Gail A. (Tyrone) Ward; 8 grand and 8 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, James Williams, Roger (Roberta) Williams and Walter (Gwen) Williams; 2 sisters, Betty Wyatt and Joan Davis; a host of nieces, nephews; other relatives; church family and friends.
Friends may call Monday, May 2 from 10am-11AM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 141 Adams Street. Funeral Service to follow, Rev. Rickey B. Harvey, Officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
