Mrs. Elliott was born December 19, 1946 in Haines City, the daughter of the late George and the late Alberta (Rankins) Collier Sr.
She is survived by 1 son, Arnest B. Collier; 1 grandson, Ethan J. Collier; 3 brothers; 3 sisters; nieces, nephews; church family; other relatives and friends
Friends may call Monday 10-11AM at Church of the First Born, 136 Fillmore Street. Funeral Service immediately following. Interment at the convenience of the family.
