Mrs. Wiggins was born December 25, 1946 in Helena, AR the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Oralee (Maxwell) Pope.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Tommie Wiggins; 4 sons; host of grand &great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law; sister-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Friends may call Friday, 11AM-12Noon at Latimer Chapel. Funeral Service immediately following. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
