Mr. Blair was born February 8, 1991 in Utica, NY the son of Rodrecas Parnell and Barbara Wills.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara (Sean) Linder; father, Rodrecas Parnell Blair; 3 brothers; 3 sisters; grandfather; aunt, uncles; other relatives and friends.
Friends May Call Friday, 5-8PM at Latimers. Funeral Service, Saturday, 11AM at Rochester Bible Baptist Church, 274 Merchants Rd. Interment Falls Cemetery, Greece, NY
