Mavis A Mowatt, age 91, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in, Rochester.
Mrs. Mowatt was born July 1, 1922 in, Spanish Town St Catherine, Jamaica, W.I. the daughter of the late George and the late Winnifred (Alison) Peart.
Predeceased by her husband, George S. Mowatt. She is survived by 3 brothers, Basil Peart, Wilfred (Barbara) Peart, Ripton Peart; 1 sister, Gloria Sicard; host of nieces and nephews, other relatives church family and friends.
Friends may call Friday 5-8 pm at Latimers. Mass of Resurrection Saturday, 11 AM at St. Luke/St. Simon Cyrene Episcopal, 17 South Fitzhugh Street. Father Dennis Wienk will be Officiating. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
