Leola Cooper, age 83, died Friday, October 4, 2013 in, Rochester.
Mrs. Cooper was born September 26, 1930 in Reno, GA the daughter of the late Mack and the late Mary Lizzie (Russell) Cooper.
She is survived by 6 children: Leon (Vera) Cooper, Henry Cooper, Arlinda Cooper, Valeria (Anthony) Johnson, Roland Cooper and Bridget Cooper; 19 grand, 54 great & 15 great-great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Hazel McGee, Catherine Dixon, Thelma Frain, Rosa Hill and Olivia Dent; nieces, nephews , other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, 5-8 PM at Latimers. Funeral Service, Saturday, 11 Am at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 351 Joseph Ave., Rev. Dr. Harmon E. Stockdale, Officiating. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery.
