Mr. Smith was born December 7, 1962 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Vincent Llyod and the late Maye Clair (Starker) Smith.
Predeceased by 1 brother, Charles V. Starker. He is survived by 1 son, Vincent M. Smith; 1 daughter, Shayla Marie Smith; 2 brothers, Manley B. (Brandi) Smith and Frederick A. (Brenda) Smith; 1 sister, Karen L. Smith; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Tuesday 1-3 PM and 7-9 PM at Latimers. Funeral Service and Interment in Ocala Florida.
