Chicago, IL: June 18, 2013, US Army veteran. Predeceased by his first wife, Sally Smith Beckley. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Rayburn Beckley of Chicago, IL; 2 daughters, Yvonne Harrell and Deborah Beckley; 2 grandchildren, Patricia and Terrance Gross; 1 great-grandson, Noah; 1 sister, Jean Beckley; 1 brother, Oscar Beckley; 3 sister-in-law; special friends Jesse and Callie Prescott; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, 6-9 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, 144 Baden St. Graveside Service Thursday, 2 PM at Riverside Cemetery.
