Louise E Carpenter, age 86, died Sunday, March 3, 2013 in, Rochester.
Mrs. Carpenter was born October 25, 1926 in Culpeper, VA the daughter of the late Franklin Buscoe and the late Bertha (Carter) White.
Predeceased by her husband, Clarence Carpenter and Pandoura L. Carpenter. She is survived by 2 sons, Clarence Carpenter Jr. and Mark (Annette) Carpenter; 1 daughter, Pamela L. Ikpot; 6 grand and 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, James (Nancy) White; 1 sister, Elizabeth Cromartie; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, 4-8 PM at Latimers. Funeral Service, Thursday, 11 AM at Hope Divine Church Of God, 903 Maple St. Rev. Sammie L. Drayton Sr., Officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
