Odessa Sheppard, age 91, Rochester died Monday, December 17, 2012

Mrs. Sheppard was born April 14, 1921 in Bainbridge, GA.
Mrs. Sheppard was predeceased by her parents, Edith Bell and Willie Brown; and daughter, Elaine King; and four nieces & nephews whom she raised on her own. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Sheppard Sr.; three sons; Luvon (Frances), William and Eddie Jr. (Mary); niece Odessa Washington; two nephews, John Law and Danny Washington; five brothers; two sisters and a host of grand children, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, church family and friends.
Home-Going Celebration will be Saturday, December 22, 12:00pm at Powerhouse Kingdom Cathedral Church Of God In Christ, 48 Clifton St., Rochester with The Honorable Bishop Jeffery Melvin officiating. The Honorable Bishop James Wright Sr. Eulogist.
Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester following the funeral service.
