Minnie Ola Jones, age 94, died Friday, August 24, 2012 in , Rochester.
Mrs. Jones was born May 13, 1918 in Birmingham, AL the daughter of the late John Perry and the late Cora (Black) Stokes.
Predeceased by her husband, William J. Jones. She is survived by 1 nephew, Jonathan P. Stokes; sister-in-law, Rose B. Stokes; cousins, Patricia Greenlea, Nathaniel Moten, Mary Ann Moten and Louise Woods; other relatives; church family and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, 10AM-11AM at Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 549 Clarissa St. Funeral Service immediately following at 11 AM. Rev. Dr. Kenneth Q. James, Officiating. Interment Riverside Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Yadseut Ministry in memory of Mrs. Minnie O. Jones.
