Dorothy Young, age 83, died Sunday, May 16, 2010 in Rochester.
Mrs. Young was born September 20, 1926 in Elizabethtown, NC the daughter of the late George Quincy and the late Addie (Hatcher) Johnson.
She is survived by 1 son, William H. S. Johnson; 3 granddaughters, Taianna Johnson, Roselyn Johnson and Stephany Lovette; 6 great-grandchildren, Alex, Adam, Sharlese, Alonzo, Shamore and Destinee; 2 brothers, Samuel Johnson and Sylvester Johnson; 3 sisters, Marie Brown, Rosia Johnson and Alberta (Jerry) Powell; special nieces, Sharon Johnson-Baird, Tiffany Lee and Karen Brown; special nephew, Michael Lee Jr.; a host of other nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
Interment Riverside Cemetery.
