Mrs. Cook was born January 20, 1946 in Rochester, NY the daughter of the late Frank and the late Carrie (Roberts) Moore.
She is survived by 2 sons Kyle J. Cook (April) and Jason L. (Jeanetta) Cook; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Rebecca Lyman and Rainie Lou Lyman; nieces, nephews, other relatives; church family and friends.
