I first met Mrs. Horton when I enrolled my sophomore year and she had such a warm presence to her. Every time I walked into the office she had a smile on her face and was always humming. She cared very much about her students and we cared about her as well. She gave great advice and was always there to talk to. I along with the rest of the students at Rush-Henrietta will miss her greatly.

Mrs Horton was like a mother to me and was always there whenever I needed her, even when she was having a bad day, (though you would never know it). Recently she never let it be known how badly she was feeling, and always made time to listen to my problems. She will always be loved and cherished.........Your Little Brittany.
