Mr. Mitchem was born July 2, 1968 in Rochester, NY the son of Israel Cuyler and Lillie A Mitchem..
He is survived by his devoted wife, Christa Mitchem of Olympia Fields, IL; 2 daughters, Zoe M. Mitchem of Fort Wayne, IN and Zion S. Mitchem of Olympia Fields, IL; father, Israel (Johnnie) Cuyler; Mother, Lillie (Jesse) Woodard; all of Rochester, NY 4 brothers, 4 sisters, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday for viewing 10-11AM at New Bethel C.M.E. Church, 270 Scio Street, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Memorial Service at 11 AM. Funeral Service immediately following. Rev. Weldon G. Thomas, Officiating. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
