ROCHESTER, NY - January 25, 2024
Mr. Register was born February 10, 1943 in Valdosta, GA the youngest of 7 children. He is the son of the late James Register and the late Panzie (Colbert) Register. He married Ellen M. French.
Educated in Georgia public school system and moved to Rochester, NY in 1960.
Worked several places in Rochester. John retired from Rochester Psych Center after 31 years of service.
He leaves to cherish his memories; wife Ellen and daughter, Rosalind Register, 3 grandchildren, 3 great grands; special nieces, Bonnie Flewellyn of Detroit, MI and Karis Rainey of Rochester, NY; special nephew, Michael L. Harris; special cousin, Wendell Hunter; best friend, Myron Moxley, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at The Latimer Chapel, 983 South Plymouth Avenue. Additional services will be held in Valdosta, GA.
Interment will be in Irving Hill Church Cemetery.
