Ms. Cosby was born February 20, 1931 in East Rochester, New York, the daughter of the late Frederick and the late Lillian E. (Allen) Dey. She was raised by her loving Stepfather LaRue Hall. She was employed by Rochester Police Department in Rochester, New York as a Data Entry Secretary. Predeceased by; former husband, Odell Cosby, Companion, Walter Gibson Sr.; 2 Sons, John David Cosby, affectionately known as “John John”, Ronald Odell Cosby “Ronnie”; Brother, Donald Hall; Sister, Charolette (John) Bruce; Sister Friends, Roberta Bradley, Peggy Lee; Niece, Margaret Marcus; 5 Nephews, Herbert Marcus Jr., Charles Cosby, Haywood Cosby, Butch Cosby, Dorsey Woods and Great Nephew, Gregory Ellis Cosby.
