Ms. Benjamin was born March 12, 1936 in Maysville, SC. She is the daughter of the late Joe and the late Ruth (Peterson) Benjamin.
She is survived by 1 son, Jerry Benjamin; 2 daughters, Patricia A. (Landis) King and Rosalie Benjamin; 1 daughter-in-law, Sandra Benjamin; step-daughter, Shannon Jones; 5 grand and 9 great-grandchildren; other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Thursday, June 13 from 10AM-11AM at First Genesis Baptist Church, 292 Hudson Ave. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will follow. Rev. Fredrick Johnson, Officiating. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
