Miss Weldon was born February 10, 1981 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of Jimmie Lee Weldon and Patricia Ann (Brooks) Fraizer.
She is survived by her father Jimmie Lee Weldon and mother Patricia Ann (Robert) Fraizer; 3 daughters, Ceyanna Campbell, Ryana Robinson and Raynn Robinson 3 brothers; 2 sisters; significant other, Ryan Robinson; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Monday, June 3 from 6-8 PM at Northside Church of Christ, 634 Hudson Ave. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be held 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the church. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
