Mr. Moxley was born October 1, 1970 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late William C. and Ann (Wallace) Moxley.
He was employed by Delco Rochester, New York as an Assembly Line Worker.
Predeceased by his father, William C. Moxley; 2 brothers, Gary Moxley and Charles Moxley, Jr.; 1 sister, Pricilla McCray. He is survived by; his mother, Mrs. Ann Moxley; wife, Tangela Wheeler Moxley; 4 brothers, Edmond (Marian) Moxley, Lastonza Moxley, Allen Moxley and Raymond Gregory (Sylvia) Moxley; sister, Barbara (Donald) Quinn; host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Calling hours will be Friday, December 21 from 10AM-11:30 AM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 141 Adams Street, Rochester, NY.
The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow with Rev. Lawrence Hargrave, officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY
