Mrs. Hampton was born January 31, 1926 in Chipley, FL. She is the daughter of the late Wesley Hogans and the late Lexie E. (Harmon) Hogans.
She is predeceased by her husband, Dowling W. Hampton. She is survived by her son, Dowling Scott (Kathryn) Hampton; granddaughter, Maya Joy Hampton; very dear friend, Jill Cosgrove; other relatives; church family and friends.
Friends may call Tuesday, December 18 at 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Aenon Baptist Church, 175 Genesee Street. Funeral Service immediately following, Rev. Dr. Jonatham Jamal H. McReynolds, Officiating. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
