Mrs. Allen was born July 6, 1930 in Andrews, SC. She is the daughter of the late Nero and the late Creola (Briggs) Moyd.
She is survived by 4 sons, Alfonso (fiancée Joyce Harris) Anderson, Michael (Queen Ester) Anderson. Alfred (Sharmin) Anderson and Leroy (Beverly) Anderson; several grand and great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Acie (Nell) Moyd, Henry (Ethel) Moyd and Benjamin Moyd; 3 sisters, Thomasthel Johnson, Rebecca Gee and Mary Ann (Hoddick) Wilson; nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, July 28 from 10AM-11AM at New Bethel C.M.E. Church, 270 Scio Street. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will follow. Interment, Falls Cemetery, Greece, NY.
