Mr. Owens was born May 1, 1932 in Alta Pass, NC. He is the son of the late Jessie Samuel and the late Luveina (Byrd) Owens.
He was employed by Monroe Community Hospital Rochester, NY as a Hospital Administrator.
Predeceased by his wife, Ruby Owens and 1 son, Kenneth Owens. He is survived by; 3 sons, Jeffrey (Belinda) Owens, Anthony (Sue) Owens and George (Francine) Owens; 3 daughters, Deborah Elmore, Pamela Owens and Annette Zellner; many grands and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, other relatives and friends.
