ROCHESTER – April 14, 2018
Mr. Benford was born January 27, 1932 in West, TX. He is the son of the late Lee Noel and the late Ida Benford.
He was employed by City of Rochester as a Security Guard, as well as (ABC) Action for a Better Community for many years.
He is survived by; His son, Gerald T. Benford of Fresno, CA; two daughters, Lasonya T. Benford of Fresno, CA and Jacquelyn D. Polk of Forth Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Leon Manning Jr. and Devon Polk; other relatives and a host of friends.
Interment at the convenience of the family.
