Mrs. Douglas was born December 15, 1929 in Mt. Morris, NY. She is the daughter of the late Harry and the late Caroline (Bass) Forrest.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Sibert Douglas M.D. FACP; 1 sons, Col. Roy F. (Donna) Douglas; 1 daughter, Renee F. (Anthony) Jackson; 3 grandchildren, Connor P. Douglas, Pierce William Douglas and Alex Danielle Jackson; 1 sister, Aletta Keplinger; cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be held 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at White Haven Chapel, 210 Marsh Rd. Rev. Bruce Boak, Officiating. Entombment White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford.
