Roger will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and outstanding organizational skills and follow through! Roger was a powerful mentor to members of the 1983 inaugural Xerox Engineering Development Program. He celebrated our successes at Xerox, through graduate schools, and with subsequent employers. Alway concerned about how others were doing; offering support and counseling when needed and; a born leader.
