Obituary of Patricia Ann Robinson Walker
ROCHESTER, NY - March 30, 2026
Patricia A. Robinson Walker passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026, at age 90. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she was predeceased by her parents and siblings. She is survived by her children, Sybil (Rodney/deceased) Miller, Burghardt (Ramona) Walker, and Demeter (Chester) Walker-McGill; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
A longtime member of First Genesis Baptist Church, she was devoted to family, faith, and service. She dedicated over 40 years to the Urban League of Rochester, retiring as Director of Development and Public Affairs. She also enjoyed music, serving her church for over 40 years as a choir member and soloist, and was a proud 70-year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Calling hours will be held at First Genesis Baptist Church – 292 Hudson Avenue Rochester, NY on Saturday, April 11, from 10AM –12PM, with service to follow. Flowers can be delivered to the church on Friday 8:30 – 10:30AM or Saturday morning. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
